● Style I: Calibrating Sleeves for PVC Pipe

1. Special design according to the thermoplastic properties of PVC;

3. Adjustable water ring is posioned to wet pipe surface;

4. Being made of special copper alloy to guarantee the maximum lifespan;

5. For different pipe dimension and output using different cooling tanks to obtain the best results of intensive cooling

● Style IV: Adjustable Water Ring Calibrating Sleeves for PE

1. Super cooling calibrating sleeves suitable for high haul-off speeds and sticking materials;

2. Rapid shaping very little contact between pipe and discs, installed in a pre-cooling chamber;

3. Adjustable spray ring is posioned separately before the inlet helping to wet the pipe surface;

4. The best cooperation with dual pipe dies to produce small diameter and thin-walled pipe
